We aim to provide the best car rental experience for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and the process for requesting a refund. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Cancellations

More than 24 Hours Before Rental Period: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental period begins will receive a full refund.
Within 24 Hours of Rental Period: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.
No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

b. Early Returns

No refunds will be provided for early returns. The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking, and charges will apply for the entire duration of the booking.

c. Vehicle Unavailability

If the reserved vehicle is not available at the time of pickup due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative vehicle. If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

a. Requesting a Refund

Provide your booking reference number, contact details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

b. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

a. Violations of Terms and Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if the rental terms and conditions have been violated. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse of the vehicle, involvement in illegal activities, and failure to return the vehicle in the same condition as at the start of the rental period.

b. Damage to Vehicle

If the vehicle is returned with damage not covered by our insurance policy, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

c. Late Returns

Additional charges for late returns will not be refunded.

4. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
