Welcome to our Car Rental Service. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in India.
Have a valid credit or debit card in your name.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payments.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early returns.

5. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time and date specified in the booking confirmation and ends at the agreed return time and date.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

6. Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or towing.
Smoking and the transportation of pets in the vehicle are prohibited unless otherwise agreed.

7. Driver Responsibilities

The driver must inspect the vehicle for any damage before use and report any issues immediately.
The driver is responsible for maintaining the vehicle’s condition and ensuring it is returned in the same state as at the start of the rental period.
The driver is liable for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

8. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options may be available at extra cost.
The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or loss of property.

9. Fuel Policy

The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge.

10. Breakdown and Assistance

In the event of a breakdown, the renter must contact our customer service immediately.
We will provide roadside assistance as soon as possible. In case of an accident, the renter must also contact the police and obtain a report.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
